Peel has been covered in wool.

 

Groups of volunteers in the town have knitted various objects and dotted them around to support the hidden gardens event.

 

A six foot ‘mystery object’ which is a reproduction of a famous painting has also been installed in Peel Cathedral.

 

Volunteer Voirrey Heaton, says the items will be displayed in shop windows and around the streets:

 

She says the groups involved have all made different things and it’s been a community ‘initiative’:
