Manx Carriage drivers, Nicola Pimbblett-Quayle and Libby Priest have been listed as two of the five drivers on the nominated entries for Great Britain at the forthcoming FEI World Championships for Horse Pairs.
The Championships are due to take place from the 27th Sept - 1st October at the same venue in France, Haras Du Pin, that has just hosted the FEI European Eventing Championships where the Isle of Man's Yasmin Ingham took Team Gold for GB.
Pimbblett-Quayle first represented Great Britain at the 2014 World Championships finishing a very creditable 35th from 80 starters, with the British team finishing 12th from 25 teams.
Priest is also no stranger to representing Great Britain, having previously competed at the 2019 World Championships for Horse Pairs finishing 15th, and being National Horse Pairs Champions in 2018 and 2019.
Three of the nominated drivers will be selected for the team, whilst the organisers will decide how many individual invitations per nation are sent out, and this will be confirmed in due course.
