The Assisted Dying Bill will get its second reading in the House of Keys next week.
It proposed that terminally ill, mentally competent adults should be able to request assisted dying, subject to approval from two independent doctors.
A representative opinion poll found that 87% of residents of the Isle of Man supported a change in the law on assisted dying in 2021.
Campaigner for Humanists UK, Nathan Stilwell, will today address local politicians.
The group says its in support of introducing the new legislation on the Isle of Man.
