Professional services firm, PwC Isle of Man, has appointed Janet Donnelly as Chief People Officer and Colin Manley as Actuarial Director in two new senior roles.
As Chief People Officer (CPO), Janet will lead the firm’s people strategy and support its continuous transformation and people development journeys.
Janet has a depth of knowledge in human resources (HR) strategy, employee value proposition and employee engagement, having gained experience across different territorial cultures, and varying legal and regulatory jurisdictions.
Colin has more than 20 years of experience in senior positions within life and non-life insurance companies and regulatory bodies including the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority where he oversaw the insurance, pensions, and trust and company service provider sectors.

Alongside the senior appointments, the Isle of Man firm promoted twenty-three people from July 1, 2023, across manager, senior associate and associate grades and in all lines of service.
