Broadband issues resolved for majority of MT customers

Manx Telecom says the majority of broadband issues experienced by customers yesterday have now been resolved. 

For a large number of cases, a hardware reset has fixed the issue, caused by the switch from British Summer Time to GMT.

In an update, a spokesperson said: "For a small number of customers however, the router and ONT reset does not appear to have helped."
 
"If you are still impacted by the broadband issue, please contact us on 624624 and we can help you get back online."
 
"Our engineers are prioritising these fixes and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."
