On-street parking suspended during Queens Drive footpath repairs

The Department of Infrastructure (DOI) is to undertake footpath repairs on Queens Drive, Peel.
During the works (6-9 November) on-street parking will be suspended between the Queens Drive roundabout and the junction with West View/Heathfield Drive.
However, the DOI have said that 'some parking may be permitted as the scheme progresses'.
Repairs will be done on the footpath to the southern side of the road at various points between the Queens Drive roundabout and Heathfield Drive.
Access for residents will be maintained and pedestrians will be diverted to the opposite footpath where necessary.
Where repairs are required across a driveway our team will liaise directly with the pertinent householder and residents directly affected by these works will receive a letter detailing the works.
The work will be carried out be between 8am and 4.30pm.
