Isle of Man Energy to close reception counter

The Isle of Man Energy reception counter, based in Murdoch House, Douglas, is closing from November 6.

The company says “our reception is closing, but we’re still here to help”.

On its website Isle of Man Energy said: “The changing needs of our customers means we need to adapt how we provide our service. We’ve been investing in our online and customer service teams to ensure that our service doesn’t change – just they way you can access it.”

People will now have to make cash and cheque payments at the Post Office.

It is advising customers with any queries to visit its website or call the customer service team on 01624 644444.
