Armed Police deployed to Pulrose

The Isle of Man Constabulary deployed the armed response unit to an incident in Pulrose, Douglas on November 9.

Shortly after 1pm, Police were called to an address in Douglas to reports of an intoxicated male who had made threats to harm another person with a weapon.

The Constabulary said that “in order to ensure the safety of all people involved, the Isle of Man Constabulary deployed the armed response unit”.

As a result the incident was dealt with swiftly and nobody was injured as a result of the actions that were taken.

Two males were arrested as a result of this incident.
