Elderly pedestrian injured after a collison in Peel

Police are appealing for witnesses after a collision in Peel last night.
 
Emergency services were called to Albany Road at just before 6:50pm.
 
The collision involved a single vehicle and an elderly male pedestrian, both of whom were local to the area.
 
As a result of the collision, the male pedestrian was taken to Nobles Hospital for treatment.
 
Witnesses are being urged to please contact any member of the Roads Policing Unit, quoting reference number 97/7506/23.
