Police looking for witnesses

The Isle of Man Constabulary are appealing for witnesses to an altercation between a male and a female on November 20, outside of Marks and Spencers in Douglas.

The incident occurred approximately around 12.35pm.

It says that it may assist to jog peoples memories that there was a Dalmatian dog in the area at the time (not involved).

Witnesses are to contact PC 108 WALKER on kellie.walker@gov.im, quoting reference 97/7344/23.
