The Isle of Man Constabulary are currently investigating a report of dangerous driving and a hit and run involving the same vehicle.
The road traffic collision (RTC) was reported to have occurred in the area of Cross Four Ways, Ballasalla.
It is believed that a Series 1 BMW in gun metal grey with an English registration was involved.
The Police say the vehicle will have front impact damage consistent with a missing front grill.
The force are keen to hear from anyone who has witnessed this incident and anyone who has seen a vehicle matching this description since 11am today.
