Drainage works to be carried out on East Baldwin Road

Drainage works will be carried out on a strecth of road in the New Year.

The Department of Infrastructure said it plans to undertake drainage works at the bottom of the East Baldwin Road near the junction with Ballaoates Road. This is to deal with issues with standing water after heavy rain.

Works will start on or about Tuesday 16 January and is expected to take about four days to complete.

Vehicular access in and around the works will be maintained by the use of temporary traffic lights. There will be a temporary 40mph speed limit in place on both Ballaoates Road and East Baldwin Road on the approach to the works.
