Final chance to vote for Manx cake designer in International Awards

A local woman has reached the final in a prestigious world-wide cake designer competition.

Aimee Ford is already a multi award-winning cake artist and the DMA’s "Cake Designer of the Year" is the latest accolade that the Manx woman is hoping to win.

Voting ends today at Midday, so Aimee is hoping for a final push from her supporters at home.

There were over 10,000 nominations received from around the world and the judges have chosen Aimee as one of the finalists.

The awards will be presented at an event at Leeds Castle in Kent on 17 February.
